From the Shortcuts form, click Preferences (or from the Edit menu, select Preferences). To access these options, click the Invoice tab, then click Customize .
- Choose whether the customer's Account Balance is displayed
- If tracking Rewards, ability to display reward points, currency or not display (View the Rewards section for more information on setting up a Rewards Program)
- Enlarged customer mailing address and option to make bold for better visibility
