Getting around and finding information in the Support Center
The Boulevard Software Support Center consists of a knowledge base with extensive articles and videos, as well as a community forum. The community forum is a place where you can get involved and post ideas, tips, suggestions and even questions that you'd like to share with other Boulevard users.
You can use search to find information in both the knowledge base and the community at the same time. The search results are displayed in two columns, with one column listing the knowledge base results and the other listing the community results.
The knowledge base consist of categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories. Get information from the knowledge base or turn to the community for answers. You can also live chat or submit a request to one of our representatives.
To get around the knowledge base, use the search or browse categories and sections. Use breadcrumbs (the navigational links located just above each article you're on) to go home or to a parent section or category.
Subscribe to sections or articles so that you're notified when there's been an update to the article by clicking the Follow button located at the top of each applicable post or article.
