If Boulevard minimizes when trying to create or edit an invoice, or seems to go "blank" this is usually caused by Windows being placed in Tablet mode. Boulevard is not designed to run in this mode.
Turn off Tablet Mode:
- From the Windows taskbar, click on the located on the far right near the date and time. View
- Click (Tablet Mode) to ensure it is set to Off.
