Note: As of November 2020, new TimeWise 3D products were released. If you loaded the Winter 2020 product update it added these items as new and moved the previous TimeWise 3D products to the Last Chance / Closeout Items product category. At the time of the release, both continued to be available to order (the old were available through the Pink Sale / Discontinued Items).
You can either merge the old part numbers with the new (recommended if you do not plan on ordering the previous ones through the Pink Sale / Discontinued Items) or leave the old in the Last Chance / Closeout Items product category. See Reassign or Merge Part Numbers for detailed steps in merging the part numbers together.
Importing an Order
Boulevard will handle each set as a pre-pack, updating the on-hand quantity for the individual items included in each, and handle the correct wholesale amount automatically.
If you need to add a set to your inventory to correct your on-hand amounts, you can create an order and add it. Boulevard will then automatically split the sets into their individual components. Once you've placed and received the order, just delete it (since it's not a real order, just adjusting your inventory counts).
Selling a Set
When selling a set, add it to the invoice using the applicable set part number. Boulevard will automatically decrease the on-hand quantity of the individual products included in each set.
Manually Split Sets View
If you use the export method to submit an order to the company or would prefer to have an ideal quantity and manually split the sets instead, right-click on the pre-pack and choose Change to Set (Boulevard 2020 or higher must be installed).
