Link Your ProPay Account & Credit Card Fees

You can link your ProPay account to process credit card charges through Boulevard using ProPay (only available for US & Canada). If you don't have a ProPay account but would still like to track the fees associated with processing credit cards, you'll want to enter the applicable information under the Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express fields and the Per Transaction and select the Expense category you would like used when the fees are added to expenses.

1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences then Plug-ins (or from the Business group on the main toolbar, click Preferences, then Plug-ins).
2. In the Credit Card Processing area under the Credentials section, click ... in the Account Number field.
3. In the ProPay Account form, enter the email address registered with ProPay in the Email Address field, then your ProPay Account Number and click  OK  .
4. Click the  OK  to close Preferences.

Tip: Be sure to enter your applicable fee percentage in the Visa/Mastercard/Discover and American Express fields and the Per Transaction amount as well as the Expense category you would like used when the fees are added to expenses.
