If the profile is marked as a Business Supplies or Personal Use account, then it will use settings the from Preferences.

For both Personal Use & Business Supplies:

• Use the wholesale cost of the item when invoicing to remove from inventory
• Does not add Calendar Follow-up

Additionally, if it is Business Supplies:

• Add an Expense Category column when invoicing this profile to specify a category for each line item.
