Some events would be auto-generated, but give the ability to still allow a manual contact note to be created for calls, emails, and other types of account interactions.

This would allow the ability to see when things were done to a customer's account in one place. Payment posted, Call note created. Invoice #XXXX created, profile changes, etc.
