Letter
Have been using Blvd for years but I don't know how or where to type a letter. Could you help me with that please?

Hey Jacquie,
Boulevard is an Account Management type program and does not have a Document area where you type a letter. If you create a letter in a Document program like Windows Word, then you can enter a call note in the Customer's Profile in Blvd with a copy of that letter so it's in the Customer's History.
