Tracking Information from the Skin Analyzer app
You've got tools in Boulevard you can use to store the info your customers send you from Mary Kay's Skin Analyzer app!
For items that the customer is interested in and has never purchased, we recommend Adding the Items to their Wish List. When they're ready to buy those items, you can then easily invoice the Wish List items from their profile.
And if you want to track who has sent you their skin analysis from the app, we recommend that you add it as a checklist item on their profile. If you haven't set up your Checklists in Boulevard yet, it's a great tool to use.
We also recommend utilizing the Contact Log when you correspond with a customer (phone, email, text, etc.). The Contact Log will set a future date for you to reach out to your customer and track the time you've spent, which automatically transfers to your Weekly Accomplishment Sheet!

I cannot get into my skin analyzer because the password doesn't work. I'm trying to use my new password that is the same for my Mary Kay website and all of my Boulevard and Avenue entries. I don't know how to reset!

The Skin Analyzer app is from Mary Kay. You'll need to log in using your Consultant ID number and the password you use to log in to InTouch. If you're not sure what that password is, you can reset it from the InTouch website, or contact Mary Kay customer service for additional help.
