For the items included in the Boxing Week Sale (Dec 2021), on the inventory order, change the amount of each item in the Price field to reflect the special promotional pricing.

When finished, from the Tax field under the Order Totals section, use the Flat Amount tax option for your tax type to override and enter the tax being collected which is based on the original retail price for the items.
