Adding products from history to new invoice
AnsweredWe used to be able to open a new invoice and pull down the customer's history to click on products they used in the past to add to new invoice. This changed or I can't find the correct way to do it. Can someone help?

Hi Mary Melissa! That's a great question. When you have the invoice started, if you click on the Lookup button, you'll see 2 tabs – Products and History. If you click on the History tab you can drag and drop, or double-click to add previously purchased items to the invoice. The other way to access your customer’s previous purchase history is to click on the toolbar icon for product history (the arrow next to the folder).
