Handling a New Product Launch
When new products are launched the first thing you're probably thinking is who did I sell the old items to, and how do I contact them to let them know about the new product. With Boulevard, we've made it easy for you to do just that.
Step 1:
Finding out who bought the previous product from the Usage by Customer product view.
Step 2:
Create a Name List in the List Builder of those customers to then be used to call them, or in other areas of Boulevard such as sending a Group Email, printing labels, etc.
Tip: After sending a group email, mailing announcements, or other group functions check the box next to their name on the List Builder, then Create a Contact Log Entry in their history for each customer automatically!
