Follow the steps below to receive help through the online support center, or access live chat when available.
Online Help Center
You can access the online help center from inside your Boulevard program by going to the Help menu and selecting Help, or from any web browser type blvd.help.
From the lower right-hand area of the web page, click
Enter a question or topic in the search field.
Choose between the following options:
- Click on any of the Top Suggestion article links
- If chat is open, click the Live chat button
- Or, click Contact us to email us your question
Chat Box Functions
- Don't see the Live Chat option? From your keyboard, press + or try Refreshing Your Cache.
- Chat is open from 9am - 12pm, and then 1pm to 4:45pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
- Not receiving our email replies? Sign in and go to My Activities to access all of your correspondence with us. For more information, see Sign in to the Support Center.
