Follow the steps below to receive help through the online support center, or access live chat when available.
Access the online support center from inside your Boulevard program by going to the Help menu and selecting Help, or from any web browser type blvd.help.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request through our support center website. If you've sent us a message and have not received a reply, we recommend that you sign in and go to My Activities to access all of your correspondence with us. If you are unable to sign in, you can also send us a message through our website with your question or visit us on chat during business hours.
Chat is open from 9am - 11:45am, and then from 1pm to 4:45pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
From the lower right-hand area of the web page, click
Enter a question or topic in the search field.
Choose between the following options:
- Click on any of the Top Results article links
- If chat is open, click the Live chat button
- Or, click Contact us to email us your question
- If you do not see the Live Chat option during business hours, from your keyboard, press + or try Refreshing Your Cache.
