Support resources can be accessed in several ways, including viewing support messages tied to your account, searching the online Support Center, or using live chat when available. Boulevard also includes built‑in Help options, but these are only one of multiple methods for finding answers or contacting support.
Our support center is available around the clock with simple steps and four handy options. It's filled with an extensive library of articles and how-to videos. And if you're looking for prompt help during business hours, our live chat is ready for you!

Submit a Request or Send an Email
From Inside Boulevard
You can access the online support center inside your Boulevard program by selecting the
Help button, then
Support Center from the main toolbar (or from the Help menu, select Help).
From Your Web Browser
Send an email or Submit a Request
Submit a request through our support center website, or email us at support @ mainstsoftware.com.
Help Widget & Chat
Use the Help widget anytime! After selecting the orange chat button, enter a short question in the message/search field, then press Enter. If you need extra help, type chat with a live agent. Live chat is open from 9 am - 11:45 am and from 1 pm to 4:45 pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
View Your Support Tickets & Messages
If you've sent us a message and haven't received a reply, we suggest signing in to view your correspondence.
- Select View My Tickets, then sign in using your Main Street account credentials, Facebook, Google, or Microsoft login information.
- If necessary, from the drop-down menu under your name, select Requests to access your correspondence with us, view the status, or even add additional information.
Note: You do not need to sign in to the support center to use our live chat or send us a message.
By signing in to the Boulevard Software Support Center, you receive additional access and options such as:
- Send and access messages, including attachments.
- Access our messages and attachments to you (No more worries about lost email or attachments - Yay!).
- Submit requests for support, sales, or anything in between!
- View the status of any new, open, or pending ticket.
- Follow topics in the Support Center.
- Contribute your ideas and suggestions in the Community section.
