Adding a Customer's Previously Purchased Products from InTouch

Please Note: The following instructions are not applicable for those using the new myCustomers with My Shop incorporated. We are currently adding the ability to import customer orders into Boulevard; however, until this new feature has been added, all customer orders need to be manually added.

• Create a Direct Ship / My Shop Invoice
• Create a new invoice

Instructions from previous myCustomers:

If you are new to using Boulevard and want to quickly add previously purchased products without entering them as invoices, you can copy and paste them from myCustomers into the Notes tab of their contact profile in Boulevard. 

1. Sign in to the InTouch website and proceed to myCustomers.
2. Select the Manage Your Customers button to view your customer list.
3. Select to open a customer profile, and from the Products tab, select Previously Purchased.
4. Select and highlight the products, then press Ctrl + C to copy the Part Number, Name, Suggested Retail, and Order Date for each product they have purchased from you in the past.
5. Open Boulevard, then locate and edit to open the customer profile.
6. From the Notes tab, click inside the Notes field and press Ctrl + V to paste the information.
7. When finished, select and close the profile.
8. Repeat this for each customer you would like to copy previously purchased products.
