<p>The Contact Log contains information regarding various account interactions. Some entries are auto-generated, such as when an invoice has been created, a payment applied, and item on their Checklist has been updated, or an email sent (if using Boulevard's internal email feature). </p> <p>Manual entries can also be made to track when other interactions have occurred, such as phone calls, text, mailing, or additional notes you'd like to store. </p> <p>These entries are located on each contact profile under the Contact Log tab as well as viewing the Contact Log for everyone which can be accessed from under the Contacts menu, or from the Contacts group on the main toolbar.</p>

  • Create a Contact Log Entry & Record Time Spent
  • Create a Log Entry for Multiple Contacts
  • View Entries from the Contact Log
