Contact Log

<p>The Contact Log contains information regarding various account interactions. Some entries are auto-generated, such as when an invoice is created, a payment is applied, an item on their checklist is updated, or an email is sent (if using Boulevard's internal email feature). </p> <p>Manual entries can also be made to track when other interactions have occurred, such as phone calls, text, mailing, or additional notes you'd like to store. </p> <p>These entries are located on each contact profile under the Contact Log tab, as well as viewing the Contact Log for everyone, which can be accessed from under the Contacts menu.</p>
