Estimate Ideal Quantities Based on Past Sales

Boulevard can estimate what you may want your ideal quantities to be set at based on invoices entered from the previous 12 months. You can even decide how many months' worth you'd like to keep on hand.

1. From the Product menu, select Product List (or from the Products - Inventory group on the main toolbar click  Inventory).
2. From the product list toolbar, click  Settings.
3. Under the Ideal Amounts, enter the default number of months of inventory to keep on hand.
4. From the product list grid, locate the desired product and select to highlight one or more.
5. From the product list toolbar, click  Ideals.
6. In the Estimate Ideal Options form, select the number of months of ideal quantities.
