Additional product list views make it possible to quickly see the total value of discontinued or limited‑edition items still in stock. These views can be imported into the Product List, then customized, printed, or exported for reporting or inventory review.
From the main toolbar, select 
Inventory (or from the Product menu, select Product List).
- From the product list toolbar, select
View Options, then select 
Import. - From the Load View form, select either In-Stock Discontinued or In-Stock Limited Edition, then click OK.
- From the toolbar, click
Print, then from the preview window, click 
to print (or 
to export as a pdf).
