Change Unit List Colors

Unit List colors can be customized by choosing new colors for each production level using the Change Colors option on the Unit List toolbar. Updating the colors helps visually distinguish consultants based on their production category, and selections are saved automatically so the list displays the chosen colors each time it is opened.

By default, the unit list colors are based on the activity level/status from production, either imported or manually entered.

See Import Production from InTouch® to import up to two years of production, or Manually Enter Consultant Production to add it.

Change all activity status colors to Black if you do not want to track production.

Under the Unit List Options button on the main toolbar, select Settings button Application (or from the Edit menu, select Settings, then Application).

 From the Lists tab under the Unit List section, change the colors to Black. Click OK to save and close Application Settings.
