Importing Weekly Accomplishment Sheets allows Boulevard users to bring recruits’ or consultants’ WAS files into their program for weekly tracking and recognition. The import adds the submitted information—such as sales, bookings, and activity for the timeframe sent.
Consultant Weekly Accomplishment information can be imported from a Boulevard-generated XML file or the InTouch® website if you live in the US. Alternatively, if you need to print or export your own Weekly Accomplishment Sheet, please see Print or Export the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet.
Options:
File Import Sent from Another Boulevard User (recommended): This option works best when the consultant also uses Boulevard, since their information is already generated within the program and can be shared for any chosen date range, not just a single week.
Copy/Paste Import from InTouch (US Only): This option can be used if the consultant does not have Boulevard and has submitted the information on InTouch. Each week must be imported individually for each consultant.
File Import Sent from Another Boulevard User (recommended)
If your consultant owns Boulevard, we recommend importing the WAS file created by their Boulevard software to save time for both you and your consultant. Using this method provides the flexibility to import a customized date range if needed. Additionally, because Boulevard automatically creates your consultant's WAS, there's no need for them to enter the data online manually.
