Import Additional Unit Views
Views allow you to display the information of your choice selected from the available profile fields in a format that allows for further customization (such as sorting, filtering, etc.) and allows you to print. Each list—Customers, Addresses, Units, Products, and the Invoice Log—comes with predefined views. You can also load additional views and customize them to suit your specific needs.
Import a View
- From the list toolbar, select
View Options, then
Import. - Choose a view, then click
OK .
Tips:
- You only need to import the view once. To access the view in the future, select it from the View drop-down next to View Options. Or if no longer needed, from the
View Options drop-down, select
Delete, then click Yes to confirm. View

- Click the checkboxes next to the names to be selected (or the checkbox column header to select all).
- From the unit list toolbar, select
Print, then Mailing Labels or Single Label from the drop-down options. - From the Mailing Label Options form, select the following options Label Type, Use Name, and Font, then click
OK .

- From the Filter sidebar, under the Email drop-down, select Has Email.
- Select the checkboxes next to the names to be selected (or the checkbox column header to select all).
- From the unit list toolbar, click
Email to launch the message. - Add a Subject, and select CC me to ensure you receive a copy of the email.
- After composing the email, click
.
A copy of each email message will be added to your email provider's Sent folder. Each recipient will have an event added to their Contact Log indicating that an email message was sent. To view, open their profile and click on the Contact Log tab. See Send an Email Message for additional information.


Print, then select View from the drop-down options. From the preview window, click
to print (or
to export as a pdf).
