Updating the Email Address or Password for Your Main Street Account

After updating the email address or password on your Main Street account online, wait five minutes for the change to process, then verify your credentials in Boulevard so it recognizes the new information.

Update Account Information

  1. UsingĀ the email address and password currently on file, click the following link to log into your Main Street account. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
  2. After waiting 5 minutes, seeĀ Verifying Credentials in Boulevard to update your program.

Reset Online Account Password

Important Note: Passwords must be at least 6 characters but a maximum of 12. If you store the password in your browser, you'll need to ensure that you also change or remove it.

  1. If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot User Name or Password? link on the login page.
  2. After waiting 5 minutes, see Verifying Credentials in Boulevard to update your program.

Forgot Password when launching Boulevard

If you have previously set a password when launching your desktop software, that password is not linked to the password you have set for your Main Street account online. If you cannot remember the password you have set, please contact us and let us know that you are having trouble remembering the password used when launching your software.
