Changes made to your Main Street account online will take up to 5 minutes to fully update your account. Once our system has fully updated with your new information, you can update it inside your program.
Update Account Information
- Using the email address and password currently on file, click on the following link to log into your Main Street account. Make any necessary changes, then click Save.
- After waiting 5 minutes, see Verifying Credentials in Boulevard to update your program.
Reset Password
- If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot User Name or Password? link under the Returning Customers section on the login page.
- After waiting 5 minutes, see Verifying Credentials in Boulevard to update your program.
Forgot Password when launching Program
If you have previously set a password when launching your desktop software, that password is not linked to the password you have set for your Main Street account online. If you cannot remember the password you have set, please contact us and let us know that you cannot remember the password used when launching your software.
