Your Main Street account settings can be updated online at any time, including your name, address, phone number, email, password, credit‑card details, and auto‑renewal preferences. After making changes, allow a few minutes for the system to update, then verify your credentials in Boulevard to ensure product updates and service releases continue without interruption.
Note: Email and password changes made to your online account may take up to 5 minutes to fully update.
Using the email address and password credentials we currently have on file for you, sign in to your Main Street account to update the following information at any time:
- Name
- Address
- Primary phone number to contact you
- Credit Card information
- Email Address*
- Password*
- Auto-Renewal preferences (You can sign in to your Support account to access your invoices.)
* After our system has been fully updated, you will need to Verify Credentials in Boulevard to ensure you continue to receive product updates and program service releases.
Update Email Address or Password
On the left sidebar, click on Update Email or Password. Make any necessary changes, then click Save. See Updating the Email Address or Password for Your Main Street Account for more information.
Update Billing Information
On the left sidebar, click on Update Billing Information. Make any necessary changes to your personal information, then click Save.
You also have the option to just update your credit card expiration date or change the card number entirely. When finished, click Update Card.
Add or Remove Auto-Renewal Statuses
Note: Changing an auto-renewal status to No, does not initiate a refund. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
Auto-Renewal status can be added or removed at any time for the Boulevard upgrade, Avenue mobile app, and Product Update Service.
After specifying your preferences under Auto Renewals, select to acknowledge the Terms & Conditions, then click Submit.
