Clear Multiple Account Balances

Multiple account balances can be cleared at the same time by filtering the list to show customers with a balance, selecting the ones you want to clear, and using the Payment tool to reset those balances.

  1. From the Filter sidebar on the customer list, under the Account Status drop-down, select Account Balance (or optionally Credit Balance), then click the X to apply and close the filter.
  2. Select the checkbox of each contact that has an account to be cleared (or click the checkbox column header to select all as shown below).
  3. From the toolbar, click Payment Payment, then Yes to confirm.
