Multiple account balances can be cleared at the same time by filtering the list to show customers with a balance, selecting the ones you want to clear, and using the Payment tool to reset those balances.
- From the Filter sidebar on the customer list, under the Account Status drop-down, select Account Balance (or optionally Credit Balance), then click the X to apply and close the filter.
- Select the checkbox of each contact that has an account to be cleared (or click the checkbox column header to select all as shown below).
- From the toolbar, click
Payment, then Yes to confirm.
