Get Help, View Support Messages, & Access Chat
Follow the steps below to receive help through the online support center or access live chat when available.
Send an email to support@mainstsoftware.com or submit a request through our support center website.
Chat is open from 9 am - 11:45 am and from 1 pm to 4:45 pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.
After selecting the orange Help button from anywhere in Boulevard, enter a short question or topic in the search field, then press enter to view articles. Or, for additional help during business hours, click Live Chat.
Choose between the following options:
- Click on any of the Top Results article links
- If chat is open, click the Live chat button
- Or, click Contact us to email your question
Chat Box Functions:
View Your Support Tickets
If you've sent us a message and have not received a reply, we recommend you sign in and go to My Activities to access your correspondence. If you cannot sign in, you can also submit a request for support through our website.
Click the View My Tickets link, then sign in using your Main Street account credentials, Facebook, Twitter, Google, or Microsoft login information.
Note: It is not required to sign in to the support center to utilize our live chat or send us a message.
By signing in to the Boulevard Software Support Center, you receive additional access and options such as:
- Send and access messages, including attachments.
- Access our messages and attachments to you (No more worries about lost email or attachments - Yay!).
- Submit requests for support, sales, or anything in between!
- View the status of any new, open, or pending ticket.
- Follow Trending Topics in the Help Center.
- Contribute your ideas and suggestions.
