Import Customers from InTouch®

Contact profiles can be imported from an Excel file using two available methods. During each import, existing contacts are excluded by default to prevent duplicates. If an existing contact is intentionally selected, their information is updated rather than recreated, provided the first and last name match. When the import is complete, a confirmation banner reports the number of new contacts added and existing records updated.

Step 1: Export the file from InTouch

  1. Sign in to your account on the InTouch website for your country:

  3. Select the Export button and save the Customers_YYYYMMDD.xls or MyCustomerList_M_D_YYYY.xlsx file (the file format depends on your country).
