By default, the unit list colors are based on Activity Status from production either imported or manually entered.
If you do not want to track production you can change all of the activity status colors to black.
- From the Edit menu, select Settings, then Alerts & Colors (or from the Contacts group on the main toolbar, click Settings, then Alerts and Colors).
- Under the Colors section, scroll down to the Unit List section and change any or all of the colors to Black.
- Click OK to save and close Settings.
