Print or Export the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet

The Weekly Accomplishment Sheet can be printed, emailed, or exported in several formats. Choosing to exclude Business Supplies and Personal Use affects only the printed or exported totals. All totals will be displayed on‑screen regardless of the selected option.

Important Note: As with Mary Kay®, we strongly recommend using the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet for unit recognition only. The Year-End: Gross Receipts (Personal Sales) should be used for tax purposes.

From the main toolbar, click WAS My WAS (or from the Business Tools menu, select My WAS).

To Exclude Business Supplies & Personal Use in WAS Totals:

Business Supplies and Personal Use type of invoices will automatically have a checkmark in the Business Supplies or Personal Use column. To exclude the amounts from these invoice types from the Sales Total when exporting, from the toolbar, click the settings button Settings . Uncheck Include Business Supplies / Personal Use in Sales Total, then click OK to save and close.

Export Options:

Email XML WAS File: Use this option if your director uses Boulevard and wants to import your Weekly Accomplishment file directly into their Boulevard program. You must also have email set up in Preferences before proceeding.

Export XML WAS File Only: Use this option if you do not have your email set up in Boulevard or want to manually attach the XML file to an email message. Your director must also use Boulevard, as this file will be imported into their Boulevard application.

Export PDF or Print WAS File: Use this option if your director does not use Boulevard or you would like to have a printed or PDF copy for your records.

Email XML WAS File

TOP

If you use the Integrated Email Option to send email directly from Boulevard, the email message form will display with the data file attached

If you have Desktop Application set in Preferences and use an installed application such as Outlook for your email, the XML data file (WA_DATA_YOUR_NAME_YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSS.XML) will be saved to your Desktop. It will need to be manually attached to the email message that automatically pops up.

With either option, once the intended recipient receives the emailed attachment, they can import the XML WAS file into their Boulevard application.

  3. In the Send To section, choose either Email: My Director, Email: Adopted Director, or Email: Both Directors
