Filter Invoices by Name, Number, Invoice or Discount Type

In the Invoice Log, you can filter invoices by customer name, invoice number, or discount type. These filters let you quickly locate, review, and print specific groups of invoices for reporting.

Options:

Print Individual Invoices: Invoices can be printed individually and filtered by Date Range, Invoice Type, Discount Type, Number, Name, and whether Non-recovered Tax was applied to the invoice.

Print Invoice Report: Invoices can be printed as a tabular report‑style summary, using the same filters applied when printing individual invoices.

Add Additional Column Fields & Filter: When generating a tabular report‑style summary, the layout is adjustable, with options to add or remove columns and apply column‑header filters as needed.

From the main toolbar, select Invoice Log Invoices, then choose Invoice Log (or from the Business Tools menu, select Invoice Log).
