Custom follow‑up types can be created to expand the kinds of Action Items available in the Boulevard calendar. Each follow‑up type is added from the Calendar area and can be named and defined to match specific business needs, making it easier to categorize and track different kinds of reminders or tasks.
You can choose a Follow-up type when creating a single or multiple action items from the options listed under the Follow-up field of the Action Item form (or Multi-Follow up form) or can create and save in the Memorized List new follow-up types to fit your needs.
- Begin by using one of the methods to create an Action Item.
- In the Follow-up field, click
to open the Memorized List form. - To add a new follow-up type, select a new row at the bottom of the list (indicated with a * to the left of the row), and enter the new follow-up type.
- When finished, click OK to save and close the form.
The new type can now be selected from the Follow-up field on the Action Item form as well as the Multi-Follow up form.
