You can choose a Follow-up type when creating a single or multiple action items from the options listed under the Follow-up field of the Action Item form (or Multi-Followup form) or can create and save in the Memorized List new follow-up types to fit your needs.
- Begin by using one of the methods to create an Action Item.
- In the Follow-up field, click to open the Memorized List form.
- To add a new follow-up type, select a new row at the bottom of the list (indicated with a * to the left of the row), and enter the new follow-up type.
- When finished, OK to save and close the form.
The new type can now be selected from the Follow-up field on the Action Item form as well as the Multi-Followup form.
