The Upcoming Events form is located under the Calendar menu. It's purpose is to give a quick reference to view past, current and future appointments, action items, follow-ups, birthdays and anniversaries.
To change the date range of events, from the drop-down menu select:
- Today
- 7 days
- 14 days
Additional Option: Choose whether to include past due items (if applicable)
Right-Click Menu Options
- Action Items:
- Edit, Mark Complete, Delete, New Appointment or Action Item
- Appointments:
- Edit, Delete, New Appointment or Action Item
- Birthday/Anniversary:
- View Profile
- Follow-ups:
