To add information to the Weekly Accomplishment Sheet for time spent, the number of calls/guests, etc., we recommend adding it to the WAS tab at the bottom of the invoice.
To add time spent that is not connected to an invoice, you can create a Contact Log entry (for one contact or create multiple simultaneously). This allows you to type a short note and enter Time Spent and can be used when you want to record your time with the added benefit of noting what you talked about or other information for future reference.

Utilizing the Contact Log and WAS tab on invoices are great ways to record your time, track your interactions, and include additional information!
