Auto‑deliveries can be created from a customer’s Products tab or from the Auto Delivery form. From a profile, select the product, choose New Auto‑Delivery, then set how often it repeats—one time, every few days, weeks, or months. When creating one from the Auto Delivery form, you pick the customer, select the items, set the first delivery date, choose the recurrence, and save.
Options:
From the Contact Profile
- Open the customer profile, and click on the Products tab.
- Select the check box next to the item being added to auto delivery.
- Click the add button
and select New Auto-Delivery. - From the Recurrence drop-down, choose either One Time Only, Days, Weeks, or Months.
- In the Frequency field, enter the interval between deliveries.
- Click OK to accept and close the form.
From Auto Delivery
- From the Contacts menu, select
Auto Delivery. - From the toolbar, click the add button
. - From the Contact Lookup form, use the search field to locate the customer. Then, either double-click or select them, and click Add to launch the New Auto Delivery form.
- Select the Lookup button to launch the Product Lookup form and locate the items to be added (click the History tab to access their previously purchased products).
- Continue to add items that will be on the same scheduled auto delivery frequency. When finished, click Close to close the Product Lookup form.
- From the Scheduled field, enter the date of the first auto delivery.
- From the Recurrence drop-down, choose either One Time Only, Days, Weeks, or Months.
- In the Frequency field, enter the interval between deliveries.
- If necessary, add any other information that you'd like to keep track of in the Comments field.
- Click OK to save and close the form.
