Upcoming auto‑deliveries can be viewed and invoiced from several places in Boulevard. They appear in Upcoming Events, the Calendar, the Auto Delivery form, and the Contact Profile. From these areas, you can review what’s scheduled, make changes, or create an invoice when it’s time to process the delivery. You can also print upcoming deliveries through the Invoice Log by using the Deliveries view.

Access Auto Deliveries from the Upcoming Events sidebar, the Calendar, the Auto Delivery form, or the Invoice Log.
View & Invoice from Upcoming Events
From the Calendar menu, select Upcoming Events, then click the
Auto Deliveries group to expand and view upcoming deliveries.
- Next to each name, select the expand or collapse buttons
to view items scheduled to be included in the delivery. - Right-click on the name to select the following options: New Auto Delivery, Edit, Delete, View Profile, Invoice, or Move To
View from the Calendar
To view upcoming auto deliveries from the calendar, from the Calendar menu, select
To Do List. Auto deliveries will be listed as Auto Delivery under the Follow-up column.
View & Invoice from Auto Delivery
- To view or invoice an upcoming auto delivery from the Auto Delivery form, from the Contacts menu, select
Auto Delivery. - If necessary, from the Date Range drop-down, select the desired dates.

Select the checkbox next to the name, then from the toolbar, click the new invoice button
to create a new invoice, or right-click and select Invoice.
View & Invoice from the Contact Profile
If necessary, locate the contact profile and open it. Select the
Action Items tab. Under the Auto Delivery section, right-click on the auto delivery and select Invoice (additional options include Add, Edit, and Delete).
View & Print from the Invoice Log
From the main toolbar, select
Invoices, then Invoice Log (or from the Business Tools menu, select Invoice Log).
Deliveries View
- Under the View drop-down list, select Deliveries.
- Set a Date Range from the filter sidebar.
- Select the checkbox next to each invoice to be included, or leave all checkboxes unselected to include all.
- Click the print button
then select View.
- From the Preview toolbar, click
to print (or
to export as a pdf).
- When finished, to remove any filters set, click
Clear Filters.
Customer Orders View
The Customer Invoices by City view is another option view that can be loaded and used.
- From the toolbar, select
View Options, then
Import. -
From the views listed, select Customer Invoices by City, then click OK.
- Set a Date Range from the filter sidebar.
- Select the checkbox next to each invoice to be included, or leave all checkboxes unselected to include all.

Click the print button
then select View. - From the Preview toolbar, click
to print (or
to export as a pdf). -
When finished, to remove any filters set, click
Clear Filters.
