Import Additional Unit Views
Views allow you to display the information of your choice selected from the available profile fields, in a format that allows for further customization (such as sorting, filtering, etc.) and give the ability to print.
- From the Unit menu, select Unit List (or from Unit group on the main toolbar, click
List).
- From the unit list toolbar, select
View, then
Import.
- Choose a view then click
OK .
Tips:
- To add additional columns to the view, click
Column Chooser. Drag and drop desired fields onto the current view. To hide any columns, right-click on the column header and select Hide This Column.
- To sort by a specific column, click on the column header to be sorted by. Or to filter by a specific column, hover over the column header. Click
and choose your filter criteria. See Contact List Filters & Column Sort for more information.
- To clear filters, click
Clear Filters.
To print the current view as a report, from the unit list toolbar, click , then from the preview window, click
to print (or
to export as a pdf).
- Click the checkboxes next to the names to be selected (or the checkbox column header to select all).
- From the unit list toolbar, click
Print then select Mailing Labels from the drop-down options.
- From the Mailing Label Options form, select the following options Label Type, Use Name, and Font, then click
OK .

Email to launch the message.
- After composing the email, click

- A copy of each email message will be added to your email provider's Sent folder. Each recipient will have an event logged into their Contact Log that an email message was sent. To view, open their profile and click on the Contact Log tab.
