Import Additional Unit Views

Additional unit list views can be imported to display consultant and unit information in various predefined formats, such as active consultants, grouped listings, phone directories, and termination summaries. Once imported, these views can be selected, customized, printed, exported, or removed as needed, and only need to be imported once to remain available for future use.

Send an Email

  1. From the list toolbar, select View View Options, then Import Import.
  2. Choose a view, then click OK.

Import View

Tips:

  • You only need to import the view once. To access the view in the future, select it from the View drop-down next to View Options. Or if no longer needed, from the View Options drop-down, select Delete, then click Yes to confirm. View

Print

To print the current view as a report, from the unit list toolbar, click Print Print, then select View from the drop-down options. From the preview window, click Print to print (or Export to export as a pdf).

Print Labels

  1. Click the checkboxes next to the names to be selected (or the checkbox column header to select all).
  2. From the toolbar, click Send to Print and select Mailing Labels or Single Label (if printing from a Dymo printer).
  3. From the Mailing Label Options dialog, select the label from the Label Types list (you can also choose between Primary, Spouse, or Family name from the Use Name drop-down list).
  4. If printing to a partially used sheet of labels, select the number of labels to skip from the top.
  5. Click Font... if you want to change the font used; otherwise, click OK to print.
  6. From the preview window, click Print to print (or Export to export as a pdf or other file format).

Send an Email

Send an Email

  1. From the Filter sidebar, under the Email drop-down, select Has Email.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the names to be selected (or the checkbox column header to select all).
  3. From the unit list toolbar, click New Email Email to launch the message.
  4. Add a Subject and select CC me to ensure you receive a copy of the email.
  5. After composing the email, click Send.

A copy of each email message will be added to your email provider's Sent folder. Each recipient will have an event added to their Contact Log indicating that an email message was sent. To view, open their profile and click on the Contact Log tab. See Send an Email Message for additional information.
