Contacts that have been deleted are moved to the Recycle Bin, where they can either be restored or permanently removed. This helps prevent accidental loss of information and gives you control over which deleted profiles should be kept or permanently removed.
From the File menu, select Recycle Bin.
Select the checkbox next to the name of the contact, then click the restore button 
to restore, or the delete button 
to permanently delete from Boulevard. Click Yes to accept and close the form.
