Contacts that have been deleted are moved to the Recycle Bin, where they can either be restored or permanently removed. This helps prevent accidental loss of information and gives you control over which deleted profiles should be kept or permanently removed. If it is unclear whether a contact was deleted, from the contact list toolbar (either Customer, Unit or Address list), select the Clear Filter button.
It is recommended that a backup is taken before proceeding. Once contacts are permanently deleted there are unable to be retrieved unless a backup file is restored.
From the File menu, select Recycle Bin.
Select the checkbox next to the name of the contact, then click the restore button
to restore, or the delete button
to permanently delete from Boulevard. Click Yes to accept and close the form.
