Create Connections to Link Customers

The Connections tab on a contact profile shows any connections to other contact profiles from the Connected To field (located on the Additional Info tab) to link contacts together for different types of events or to link customers that are part of an organization that you'd like to track.

1. Open the profile of the contact being connected to another profile.
2. From the  Additional Info tab, in the Connected To field, click .
3. Using the Find field, search, and select the contact.
4. When finished, click  Save.
5. To view the connection, open the profile of the other contact and click the Connections tab.

Optionally, you can group the connections using the Contact Type 1 and Contact Type 2 to customize this feature even further and use it in so many ways!
