Previously loaded product updates can be viewed from the Product Update History form by going to the File menu, selecting Product Update, then History. If you're not sure if you've missed loading a past product update, you can send us the list of your previously loaded updates and we can further assist you.
Sending us Your Product Update History
- Click on the Copy button, then click OK to close the form.
- Click to Submit A Request, and in the Message box paste the copied Product Update History by clicking + .
- Enter your email address and a subject, then click Submit.
Load a Full Product List
If you have Boulevard 2021 (220.127.116.11) or higher and are on the Product Update Service, and have missed loading a past product update, you can load a full product list that will contain all order form changes from the past 3 years directly within the program. If you're using a version previous to Boulevard 2021, please Submit A Request for further assistance.
- From the File menu, select Product Update, then Load Full Product List.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to load the update.
