View Product Update History or Load a Full Product List
Previously loaded product updates can be viewed from the Product Update History form by going to the File menu, selecting Product Update, and then History. If you're unsure if you've missed loading a past product update, you can send us the list of your previously loaded updates, and we can further assist you.
Sending us Your Product Update History
- Select the
Copy button. - Click OK to acknowledge that the history has been copied to your Windows Clipboard, then click
OK to close the form. - Click to Submit A Request.
- Select inside the Message box. Then, using your keyboard, paste the copied Product Update History by pressing
+
. - Enter your email address, name, and subject, then click Submit.
Load a Full Product List
If you are subscribed to the Product Update Service and have missed loading a past product update, you can load a full product list containing all order form changes from the past 3 years directly within the program. If you're using a version previous to Boulevard 2021, please Submit A Request for further assistance.
- From the File menu, select Product Update, then Load Full Product List.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to load the update.
