Verify Credentials to load Product Updates, Service Releases, & More

Boulevard checks for updates and service releases only when initially launching your software. To keep product updates and service releases loading correctly and to sign in to the Avenue mobile app (if applicable), verify your credentials in Boulevard after any change to the email address or password on your Main Street account. This confirmation ensures the credentials stored in Boulevard match the updated account information, so updates continue to install without issue.

Note: If you have recently changed your information online, it may take up to 5 minutes for the update to be reflected in your program.

From the Edit menu, select Preferences, then Online Sync (or from the main toolbar, select Preferences Options, then My Account Account & Email).

  1. Under the My Account Credentials section, enter the Email address and Password used to sign in to your Main Street account online in the Email (Username) and Password fields.
  2. Click Verify to confirm that the correct email address and password have been entered. 
  3. If successful, click OK on the Verify Results form that displays your account information. If it is not successful, reset the password on your account. See Updating the Email Address or Password for Your Main Street Account.
  4. Ensure that Check for available software releases is checked, then click OK to save and close Preferences.

Additional Information:

If you receive an error message such as Invalid Credentials or a similar message, it indicates that the email address or password in your Boulevard program does not match the information listed on your Main Street account. If you need to update your email address or reset your password, please refer to Updating the Email Address or Password for Your Main Street Account.
