Update Unit Number for Multiple Contact Profiles

When you create a contact profile on the Unit List, the Unit Number will automatically use the information saved in the Unit Number field under the Business Info tab in Preferences. You can update this field for multiple contact profiles at once, either by re-importing from the company website or by following the steps outlined below.

1. From the Consultant drop-down on the Filter sidebar of the Unit List, locate and view the desired consultants.
2. Select the checkbox next to each consultant or select the checkbox column header to select all.
3. From the Unit List toolbar, select Update, then choose Unit Number.
4. Enter the new information in the Unit Number field of the Update Unit Number pop-up form.
5. Select  OK   to update the profiles.
6. When the process is finished, select   OK   on the Profiles Updated pop-up, which confirms the number of profiles that were updated.
