A custom QR code image links customers to linked destinations, email actions, text messages, or to save or update your information to their mobile device's contact list. The generator creates the image from entered information, allows an optional label, shows a preview, and saves the file to the chosen location for use anywhere an image is accepted.
Create a custom QR Code image that can be added anywhere to promote your business and provide your customers with an easy way to connect. Create a QR code to link to the catalog, company apps, and your preferred payment processor. The possibilities are endless!
From the Business Tools menu, select 
Marketing, then 
QR Code Generator.
- From the Type drop-down, select the type of QR image you want to create.
- To include a short label, such as Scan Me or Let's Connect! (20 characters or less, including spaces), enter it in the Text field, then choose either Below or Above (by default it will be set to None to not display the label).
- Enter the information in the applicable fields for the type of QR Code being created.

To view, click Preview.
Tip: Use your mobile device to scan and test from the Preview.
- When finished, click
Save and navigate to the location where you would like to save the QR code image (it will save to the Documents\Boulevard folder by default). - Repeat the steps above for each QR Code type you would like to create.
QR Code Types:
URL: When scanned, this option will direct the user to a website URL / link. Try it!
VCard: This option works like a digital business card. When scanned your information will be saved as a contact on their mobile device or will update your information if they already have you saved as a contact. Includes the following fields: First Name and Last Name, Company, Title, Mobile and Home Phone, Email, Address, and Website. Try it!
Email: When scanned, this option will launch a new email in the user's default email app with your email address pre-filled in the To field. Try it!
Text/SMS: When scanned, this option launches a new text message with your phone number pre-filled. After the user adds their text and sends the message, it will be sent directly to you. Try it! (Please Note: The Phone number in this example is not valid and is for demonstration purposes only. Text messages will not be received.)
