The Boulevard Software Support Center consists of a knowledge base with extensive articles and videos and a community forum. The community forum lets you get involved and post ideas, tips, suggestions, and even questions you'd like to share with other Boulevard users.
You can search for information in both the knowledge base and the community simultaneously. The search results are displayed in two columns, one listing the categories where topics are located and the other listing the results.
The knowledge base consists of categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories. You can access the knowledge base for information or seek answers from the community. You can also live chat or submit a request to one of our representatives.
