The Boulevard Software Support Center consists of a knowledge base with extensive articles and videos and a community forum. The community forum allows you to get involved and post ideas, tips, suggestions, and even questions that you'd like to share with other Boulevard users.
You can search to find information in both the knowledge base and the community simultaneously. The search results are displayed in two columns, with one column listing the categories where topics are located and the other listing the results.
The knowledge base consists of categories, sections, and articles. Articles are grouped in sections, and sections are grouped in categories. Get information from the knowledge base or turn to the community for answers. You can also live chat or submit a request to one of our representatives.
To get around the knowledge base, use the search or browse categories and sections. Use breadcrumbs (the navigational links located just above each article you're on) to go home or to a parent section or category.
