From the Shortcuts form, click Preferences (or from the Edit menu, select Preferences).
Fields 1 - 5 will be displayed in the upper-left corner of all invoices by default. Fields 6 - 8 are Mary Kay specific and will not be displayed for other industries.

Your professional title
- (3) Street
- (4) Phone
Your primary phone number
The three rows (two columns) are optional fields that can be used to display additional information on invoices (Additional phone numbers, website, email address, tagline, etc.)
- (6) Consultant/Unit Number
Your consultant and unit number
- (7) Director Name/Email
Your director's name and email address. The email address entered will be used when sending WAS files from inside Boulevard.
- (8) Adopted Director Name/Email
If applicable, your adopted director's name and email address. The email address entered will be used when sending WAS files from inside Boulevard.
- (9) Print on Tax Reports
Choose whether to print your Business Name, First, Last, and/or Title on tax reports.
- (10) Sales Tax
The tax rate used to calculate sales tax on invoices and inventory product orders.
