A view can be created, imported, or filtered for use with the List Builder to customize how contact information is displayed and selected. New or imported views can be tailored by adding, removing, or rearranging fields, and filters can be applied to narrow the list before saving it as a reusable custom group.
Steps:
Create or Import a View from one of the Contact Lists
- Create a View or Custom Report
- Import a View for Reports, Labels, & More
- Import Additional Unit Views
Filter and Add to an Existing or New List
- After filtering, select the checkbox next to each name to be included.
- From the toolbar, click
List Builder then select New List.
- Give the list a Description, then click OK.
- To view the newly created list, click Yes.
Tip: Additional names can be added from the List Builder, or by repeating the steps above and selecting Existing List instead of New List on step 2.

- When finished, to remove filters, from the customer list toolbar, click
