New Features & Enhancements
- Import customer orders from the new myCustomers area on InTouch, including all statuses (Created, Pending, Processed, Shipped, etc.) for MyShop, CDS and other orders created. View Article
- A Handling Fee field has been added to the Product Order tab for Direct Ship & Guest Checkout invoice sale types and also included in the Edit Order dialog. When importing customer orders, the amount in the Handling Fee field will automatically be added as an entry to Expenses.
- An Other field has been added to the invoice, above the Total field, which will be included for customer orders being imported from InTouch. The amount will be displayed on the printed invoice above the Total (will only visible if used) and also be added to the Dovetail/Other field (this field also includes the amount from Shipping collected) on the My WAS form. A separate line item under Shipping, labeled Other, will also be added to the Gross Receipts report.
- The Shipping and Other fields will be available from Column Chooser to view and filter applicable invoices.
- Initial invoice launch performance has been improved to load faster.
- To prevent payments from being overwritten when restoring a backup, automatic Stripe payment retrieval from direct payment links has been removed. To retrieve payments, select Invoices from the main toolbar, then choose Check for Payments.
- Reward points can be assigned to Checklist items for consultant profiles when tracking rewards.
- Customized columns in the List Builder will now be remembered after closing, then reopening.
- Added the option in Unit Production Settings to calculate using the Retail or Wholesale amount.
