Filter Contacts by Inactive Status

By default, contact lists hide profiles marked as Inactive. To view or work with them, the Inactive filter can be used to show active, inactive, or all contacts. Filtered results can then be printed, emailed, or added to a custom list, and filters can be cleared when finished.

Tip: To add (or remove) any profile fields from the contact list, see Add, Move, or Hide Columns on Contact Lists before proceeding with the steps below.

  1. From the Inactive drop-down, select either Yes or No (set to No by default).
  2. The filtered contacts can be sent an emailadded to a custom list, or to print them, from the contact list toolbar, click the print button Print and select View (or see Print Labels to print in a label format).
  3. From the print preview form, click Print to print, or click Export to export and save as another file type such as PDF.
  4. When finished, to clear any filters that may be set, from the toolbar, click Clear Filters Clear Filters.
