Setting the Inactive Status on a Contact Profile
You can set or unset the Inactive status directly from an individual contact's profile, making it easy to manage specific contacts. You can also update the status for multiple contacts from the Customer or Unit List simultaneously. This feature simplifies the process, making managing large groups of contacts efficient while ensuring that your records stay accurate and up-to-date.
Option 1: From the Contact Profile
- Open the contact's profile (from the customer or unit list).
- Select the Inactive checkbox from the Main tab on their profile under the Contact Information section.
- Click
Save and close the profile.

Tip: By default, profiles set as Inactive are filtered and hidden from view on the Customer and Unit Lists. To temporarily view all contacts from any contact list, click Clear Filters to clear any filters set. View
