The Inactive status on a contact profile can be set or removed directly from the profile or applied to multiple contacts at once from the Customer or Unit lists. Marking a profile inactive hides it from view by default, though filters can be adjusted to display inactive contacts when needed.
- From the customer or unit list, open the contact's profile (if necessary, see Find or Search For a Contact for steps to locate them).
- Select the Inactive checkbox from the Main tab on their profile, located under the Contact Information section.
- Click
Save and close the profile.

Tip: By default, profiles set as Inactive are filtered and hidden from view on the Customer and Unit Lists. To temporarily view all contacts from any contact list, click
