The Checklist and Wish List features offer flexibility for tracking customer details and can be filtered, reported on, and used to create custom lists. These tools make it easy to build targeted name lists in the List Builder and to send email messages to selected groups through Boulevard. Formula fields on the Main tab of the contact profile can also be used when needed to track specific product preferences.
