Move a Contact to Another List, Change Inactive Status, or Delete
Contacts can be moved or transferred to one of the three lists in Boulevard (Customer, Address, or Unit list), or their status changed to either inactive or active (set to active by default). Alternatively, if you no longer want to store them, they can also be deleted. All of these options can either be configured individually on each profile, or multiple from the contact lists.
Note: For tax purposes, invoices are not deleted when a contact profile has been deleted. If necessary, invoices can be deleted from the Invoice Log if the contact profile associated with the invoice has been deleted.
